We all feel like not going to the gym every now and then. One of the toughest things to do is to motivate yourself on a day when the last thing you want to do is workout. But what gives right? Here are 3 things that may be the cause of this.
1. Overtraining. training every day without rest can be detrimental to your gym progress a simple way to solve this is have just one rest day in between like they say “Rome wasn’t built in a day” it takes time. So give yourself some slack and make rest days a priority.

2. Diet. They say you are what you eat and this couldn’t be anymore true. If you’re not giving your body good nutrition then you’ll have a hard time at the gym. So eat healthy and remember to not go overboard as this will sabotage your dieting and weightlifting goals.

3. Motivation. last but not least motivation, picture your self with the body of your dreams think of famous fitness models or bodybuilders and tell yourself to get there you need to make sacrifices and work hard.
